Lifetime Warranty

At Soosmarts, we truly stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty is part of that commitment and is here to give you extra peace of mind by covering eligible items against manufacturer defects.

If a qualifying defect occurs, you’ll be eligible for a one-time replacement of the original item. If that item is no longer available, we’ll issue store credit for the full original purchase price.

To start a warranty claim, please contact us at Service@Soosmarts.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for sending the item back to us. For approved claims, a warranty processing fee applies to help cover shipping and handling:

• $19 for items purchased under $200

• $29 for items purchased over $200

• $49 for items purchased over $400

This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other issues not related to manufacturing.

If your original item has been discontinued or is no longer available, you will receive store credit for the full amount originally paid.
