Soosmarts Lifetime Warranty
At Soosmarts, we proudly stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty is an extension of that commitment and is designed to give you added peace of mind by covering eligible items against verified manufacturer defects.
We use premium materials, including 18k gold over genuine 925 sterling silver and precision-cut VVS moissanite, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of every eligible piece we sell. If a qualifying defect occurs, Soosmarts may, at its discretion, repair the item, replace it one time with the original item, or issue store credit for the full original purchase price if the item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
To keep our policy clear and fair, it operates under three simple pillars:
1. The 60-Day Flawless Arrival Guarantee
If your Soosmarts piece has a verified manufacturing defect within the first 60 days of delivery, such as a faulty clasp, defective setting, or other workmanship-related issue, we will cover the claim with no warranty processing fee.
For approved claims within this 60-day period, Soosmarts will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Customers are still responsible for sending the original item back to us for inspection unless otherwise instructed.
2. The Lifetime Defect Warranty
After the first 60 days, eligible items remain covered under our Lifetime Warranty against verified manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and proper use.
For approved claims submitted after 60 days, a flat-rate warranty processing fee applies to help cover insured return shipping, handling, inspection, and warehouse processing of your replacement or repair:
- $19 for items originally purchased under $200
- $29 for items originally purchased from $200 to $399.99
- $49 for items originally purchased at $400 and above
If the original item is no longer available, Soosmarts will issue store credit for the full original purchase price.
3. The Soosmarts Loyalty Refresh
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It does not apply to accidental damage, excessive force, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs by a third party, improper care, or damage caused by water, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or other external conditions.
However, we understand that accidents happen. In certain cases, Soosmarts may offer a one-time courtesy discount toward a replacement of the same or a similar item. This Loyalty Refresh is offered at Soosmarts’ discretion and is not part of the Lifetime Warranty coverage.
What is Covered
This warranty covers verified manufacturer defects in eligible items, including defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and proper use.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage
- misuse or improper care
- normal wear and tear
- scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
- discoloration, tarnishing, or finish wear caused by external conditions
- damage caused by pulling, snagging, bending, dropping, or impact
- lost or stolen items
- unauthorized repairs, resizing, or modifications
- any issue not related to a manufacturing defect
How to Start a Claim
To start a warranty claim or request a Loyalty Refresh review, please contact our team at Service@Soosmarts.com with your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us for inspection on all warranty claims unless otherwise stated by Soosmarts.
Additional Terms
This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Soosmarts.com and is limited to a one-time remedy per item. Shipping fees, rush shipping charges, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable under warranty claims.
