We ship fast so you’re not left waiting on your shine. Most orders leave our U.S. facility within 1–2 business days. Nope—if you’re not happy, we’re not charging you extra to send it back. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns; as long as your piece is in its original, unworn condition and within our return window, you can send it back or swap it out without any hidden penalties. The only exceptions are final sale or custom items, which are clearly marked at checkout. We’d rather earn your trust than a restocking fee.
